The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences have signed a MoU to perceive academic and health care cooperation and exchange. This Memorandum of Understanding opens the door for development of future programs involving faculty, staff, students and scholars from both institutions.

The areas of cooperation will include any program offered at either university which is felt to be desirable and reasonable for the development of cooperation between the two institutions. However, any specific program shall be subject to mutual consent, availability of funds and approval of each university.



Scope of Collaboration

The Hebrew University and Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences will undertake the following activities & programs based on their respective interests and academic needs and the desire to foster development of a cooperative relationship:

1. Exchange of faculty members
2. Exchange of Students
3. Joint research Projects
4. Joint conferences
5. Exchange of research materials

This agreement shall be effective for five years. It can be extended by mutual agreement expressed by a written memorandum of understanding

Funding: Both parties agree to apply for external funding to enhance co- operation
