ERASMUS MUNDUS ACTION PLAN 2 INDIA TO EUROPE (EMINTE), Strand 1, Lot 13 (India)

On successful completion of Erasmus Mundus External Co-operation Window Lot 15 & 13 (2009 – 2012) by Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences – Deemed University, we have been reselected for the next programme i. e ERASMUS MUNDUS ACTION 2 INDIA TO EUROPE. This programme is funded by EUROPEAN UNION.

Erasmus Mundus is a scholarship scheme for academic exchange funded by the European Commission. The scholarships provide selected undergraduate, graduate, doctoral and post-doctoral students as well as staff with financial means to cover travel, insurance, possible tuition, living expenses and housing

Under this programme, 107 scholarships (for Indian students only) will be available for following mobility: undergraduate, postgraduate, post-doctoral and faculty exchange. Of the 107 scholarships the Indian partner universities will compete for 80 % of the total scholarships available. The Erasmus Mundus will start from September 2013 (till 2017).

PIMS – DU is the only medical university selected in this consortium of 20 universities (10 European and 10 Indian Universities). The list of partner universities is as mentioned below: The consortium is lead by LUND University, Sweden.
